Who was Thomas Hill?

Thomas (Tom) Hill was a Quaker from Prestonsburg, Kentucky, who eventually became a legal professional at Taft, Stettinius, and Hollister in Cincinnati.  He was a member of the Clifton (later Eastern Hills) Friends Meeting. There he dedicated himself to a study of Quaker history which absorbed much of his free time and led to the publication of several papers and an eBook.

Upon retiring, Tom moved to Charlottesville, VA where he continued his Quaker meeting commitments and history research.  He never ceased to be passionate about Quaker records, and this site was made possible by his monetary support to digitize those records for future preservation.
